What is NULLIFICATION?
​Nullification is a legal process by which a state enacts laws which invalidate or nullify any federal measure (law, order, directive, ruling, or opinion), which is not in keeping with the US Constitution ​according to the judgement of the given state.  

​There are so many policy areas which have never been delegated to the United States government by the Constitution but for which much federal regulation is being imposed upon the states, including Georgia.  This is a BIG problem!
So, what is the rightful remedy?
The US Constitution is a compact or contract among the states.  Any such measure which the federal government attempts to impose upon the states, which is not explicitly authorized by the Constitution, according to the established written intent of the original parties to the compact, is not legally enforceable.

Therefore, the State of Georgia has an obligation to its citizens to NULLIFY any and all federal measures which are not in keeping with the US Constitution (i.e. not specifically enumerated as powers delegated to the United States government in Section 8 of Article I).  This includes any federal measure to regulate agriculture, medical and healthcare industries, education, etc.

As a whole, our state legislators are failing to protect our state sovereignty and our individual God-given Rights.  If we don't put a stop to this gross negligence soon, then America will no longer be the land of the free or the home of the brave!
