On Tuesday, March 8th, I drove to Atlanta with Team Gordon to qualify for the office of State Representative for district 49, which includes parts of the north Fulton cities of Roswell, Alpharetta, and Milton... all dressed up and ready to serve!
Once inside the beautiful Georgia State Capitol Building, we headed straight to the Republican party qualification room 216 to perform the traditional ritual of qualification...
After mission accomplished, we greeted the honorable Representative Charlice Byrd and the honorable Representative Phillip Singleton, before grabbing lunch cafeteria style with Representative Byrd.
The photographic and video evidence was provided by Team Gordon photographer Lydia... nice pics!
My name is Michael Gordon. I first moved to Georgia in 1995, building a new home in Alpharetta, and relocating to Roswell in 2000, where I now live with my fiancé Cindy and our two adorable cock-a-poo girls. I am running for Georgia House of Representatives district 49, which after the 2021 redistricting includes the northern half of Roswell, the western part of Alpharetta, and the southernmost precinct of Milton. This BLOG will chronicle my campaign experience as well as provide a way for voters to engage with me in a public discussion of the issues we all care about in Georgia. Welcome, thank you, be nice, and enjoy 😊
